Ethical Matrix for Creating AI

In session II, we discuss how and why to build an ethical framework for AI as you deploy AI in pivotal functions. How does your company define success with regard to AI? Where might your AI fall short, and for whom could it fail? We address the importance of understanding AI in context, developing evidence-based procedures for assessing your AI.
Session III:
Is Your AI Safe to Launch?

Strategies to assemble stakeholders within an organization to build consensus around best practices and develop a culture of equity and inclusivity especially with regard to responsible AI. These readings include examples of how AI affects people at all levels within a company, as well as end users/clients/customers; they help participants develop best practices that can increase employee well-being and harness the benefits of AI

Tools and Strategies to Operationalize
Responsible AI Governance

Importance of leveraging perspectives from diverse teams in not only developing responsible AI governance but also in creating a culture that fosters responsibility; operationalizing RAI policies across departments/teams; why fairness in AI is most likely to be achieved with an "all hands on deck" approach

In the penultimate session of the Badge Program, we discuss global and domestic AI governance, important developments in law and policy, and how these may affect your organization in the future. We consider these in light of your organization’s current AI policies and those you have developed throughout the program. We consider laws and regulations from across the globe for which we will need to plan and be prepared with respect to AI governance.
